Samsung Philippines recently unveiled its Smart Station Monitor – a hub for connecting multiple devices to your Notebook PC. It is a 24-inch (1920×1080) Full HD Monitor with Wide Viewing angle LED display. With a single USB connection you can dock your notebook PC to your 24” Full HD Monitor, keyboard, mouse, external hard disk or printer.
This monitor is also Mobile Hi-Definition Link (MHL) enabled. This will allow you to display your mobile phone screen on the monitor, allowing you to enjoy mobile content, gaming and apps on a bigger screen. Mobile Control is also another feature of the Smart Station. While you are docked to your mobile phone, you can use the keyboard and mouse to control your mobile phone. Just drag the mouse over to the mobile phone and you can type out messages or posts via the regular keyboard. This kind of high-tech interconnectivity is now available at a price of P16,990 in leading IT shops in Metro Manila.
Samsung’s new batch of Wireless Printers also now prints any document via WiFi even without a router, via the Wireless Direct technology. The tech giant has also extended the functionality of the Samsung Mobile Print App to allow not just wireless printing, but wireless scanning as well. Now you can scan, save and print using your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet. The wireless printers come in 3 different models.
