Who is Deniece Milinette Cornejo?

I was about to write another food post but it seems the Vhong Navarro mauling/alleged rape incident shocked the whole nation this weekend. Me included.

And the plot has thickened.

The names of Cedric Lee, the father of Vina Morales’ child, and La Salle student/commercial model Deniece Milinette Cornejo have been involved in the incident. The latter has been identified as the 22 year old woman in the Fort condominium unit and the one who filed the rape complaint against Navarro.

Comedian Vhong Navarro has claimed it was an elaborate extortion plot, according to this news item from Inquirer entertainment. We think it’s a love triangle gone wrong 😉

Navarro’s fans, supporters and sympathizers have stormed Deniece Cornejo’s Facebook page with expletives and a lot of unsavory adjectives. Her FB page has 13,000 ++ Likes as of the moment.

The pictures from her Facebook where her latest status read: “sa mata ng prinsipyo ang mali and maninitiling mali (sic) – deniece cornejo, motivational speaker.

Our research identified Deniece as a granddaughter of GMA7 official Rod Cornejo. She is a Hotel & Restaurant Management Student of La Salle College Antipolo and has an online business called Dark Closet. She also appeared in ads for Mossimo, BDO and Smart. Likewise, she won minor beauty pageants like Miss Sophie Paris Philippines 2013 and the Mary Kay One Woman Can pageant.
