Mario’s Restaurant along Tomas Morato Avenue in Quezon City offers a Valentine Special until February 15. It consists of Cream of Pumpkin and Potato Soup. The main course is a choice of Twin Tournedos of Tenderloin Steak Duo with Béarnaise and Mushroom Sauce; Salmon and Lamb, Salmon Fillet with Roasted Garlic and Charbroiled Lamb Chop with Port Mint Sauce; or Rib Eye and Prawn Thermidor, Rib-Eye with choice of Bérnaise, Peppercorn or Mushroom Gravy plus Stuffed Tiger Prawn with a Light Cheese Sauce. End the meal with decadent Red Velvet Cheesecake.
Over in Burgos Circle BGC, L’Entrecote lays out romantic dinner menu for its valued guests at P3,760 plus service charge. Start your meal with Bubbly Carrot-Ginger Soup with Prosecco. The entrée is Tournedos “Rossini,” Grilled Beef Tenderloin filled with Foie Gras, Wrapped with Bacon and topped with Black Truffle Sauce plus Norwegian Salmon Steak with Caviar Hollandaise Sauce. Baked Potato Gratin with Gruyere Cheese and Green Asparagus Bundle is served on the side while dessert is a Strawberry Parfait Trifle for two. Couples get to choose between red or white wine and they get a Valentine gift each.
