URGe or Urban Rugged Gear is the latest store in town to offer gadgets, bags and accessories for the mobile urban warrior. Their maiden branch at the second floor of Greenbelt 1 Makati opened this week. It houses some of the prestigious brands which they also officially distribute in the Philippines such as GoPro, OtterBox, Goal Zero, YurBuds, LifeProof,LeefiBridge and Bang & Olufsen (B&)O Play.

Aside from those already mentioned, URGe is also the sole distributor of the San Francisco based Mission Workshop, WaterShot iPhone underwater camera, Ethnotek, and Drifter.
Mission Workshop is a brand known for its weatherproof bags and technical apparel.
I was taking a fancy to this bag which was waterproof and had removable parts. Definitely great for things like hiking or even just travelling.
Ethnotek is a brand making a name for its socially responsible bags.It’s made from handmade fabrics weaved by artisans from such countries as Ghana, Guatemala, India, Indonesia and Vietnam.
