Am the type who likes my high-intensity exercises, the kind of adrenaline high gym rats get from spinning, cross circuit training and the like. However, yoga is also something I take solace in when I want to slow down. It's a different universe altogether when you make time for it, as opposed to the noise of a cycling studio.
