It has been more than a year since Flatiron of the 1771 Group of Restaurants opened in Uptown Mall BGC. I always look forward going to this comfort food place. Executive Chef Vicky Rose Pacheco and her culinary team do a good job of whetting appetites with a well-curated menu of classic favorites given a twist. And they've done it again with new dishes to delight Flatiron diners.
