New York City's famous Shake Shack will be opening its first restaurant in the Philippines in the first quarter of 2019, with the rumor mill pointing to Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as the first location. Shake Shack Manila will be under the stewardship of the SSI Group, the same company behind the local Starbucks, TWG and SaladStop, among others.
