I love cheese, and am amazed at how our native Filipino dishes can be made even more special with its addition. Like the Kesong kesong Ambugong dish from the town of Altavas, Aklan (pictured above). Delectable biko (rice cake) is sandwiched between with coco jam and cheese in what looks like a very irresistible pairing. How about the Special Suman con Quezo of Tuao, Cagayan in the far North?
