This Rico's Lechon showcase resto has a floor area of 733 square meters and a seating capacity of up to 300 people. After BGC branch, Rico’s Lechon will open 4 more branches in Manila in 2018
So you've probably read by now that Rico's Lechon of Cebu has opened at the Fort Entertainment Complex in BGC, where Gourdo's used to be. It is good news to lechon lovers that this brand is on a big expansion mode after being acquired by Meat Concepts Corp., the same company behind Thai BBQ, Tony Roma's and KPub BBQ, among others. Rico’s Lechon to open nine branches in Manila
During the few trips I made in Cebu, I always made it a point to eat in Rico's Lechon. Their perfectly roasted version makes you appreciate the meat for what it's worth. Here's something from my archives about what we ordered two years ago, and it's making me salivate now.
