Breakfast is a big deal for me. I need a good one in order to function and be energized throughout the day. My favorite these days is the filling combo of boiled saba banana and boiled egg. You know why I choose these? Because they're the healthy option, and it's a necessity for old people like me, haha. The most convenient choice actually is a good bowl of oatmeal.
