If you've been to Buendia in Pasay near the LRT station, you would have passed by Nemoto Japanese restaurant. This is what I've done several times in the past but I never even bothered to look inside. Apparently, this resto is one of the oldest in Manila...existing for the past 30 years or so. The friendly Japanese owner can even speak Tagalog fluently. And what's really cute is her extensive Hello Kitty collection which adorns certain spots of her resto. The food is cheap and good!
