City Delivery (just dial 87878) has partnered with Mercato Centrale to deliver the food products of their most popular merchants all days of the week! I am glad this service is now available because while I truly love the weekend markets, there are times when am too lazy to get out of bed early. Last December 4, I was able to do one of the things in my wish list and that is join a bazaar! I was into it just for fun and the experience, not really for the money. What better place to do so than at the newly-opened Mercato Centrale weekend food market at the Fort slash Bonifacio Global City area. It's a first in the history of Philippine weekend markets, and my first time in almost six years of blogging - me and fellow food bloggers will be having a booth at the great foodie wonderland Mercato Centrale (near Bonifacio High Street, Bonifacio Global City) tomorrow, December 4, from 6 am (!!) to 12 noon. Mercato Centrale @ BGC : finally, a weekend food market in Bonifacio Global City
Mercato Centrale is one good reason to be in Bonifacio Global City during weekends. Am glad they have launched a weekend market like this to rival those found in Makati City, Quezon City (Lung Center) and Pasig City (Banchetto). For now, it's being marketed as a healthy, organic market but for us who love our burgers, bacon fat and pork belly, there are lots of appetizing choices too.
