Chubby's Rib Shack is brought to you by the same people behind Buffalo's Wings n' Things which is one of our favorite chicken wings places in the metro. With Chubby's, the concept is to offer the food specialties of the great American South like barbecued baby back ribs, BBQ meatloaf and pulled pork. Judging from our first visit, it seems this chain has another good product in the making. There really aren't so many places in the metro offering good, finger-lickin' ribs.
