Outlet stores are a shopaholics' delight. In the United States, they're usually found in the outskirts of certain towns. In the Philippines, Robinsons Starmills in Pampanga takes pride being the only mall with the biggest number of factory outlets in one roof. The trick is not to get intimidated with the location. From EDSA, it only takes 50 minutes or so to reach this mall via the North Luzon Expressway.
