Katy Perry is in Manila! The Queen of Pop arrived without much fanfare it seems, choosing to fly in via private jet from Jakarta where she last performed for her California Dreams 2012 tour. By mid afternoon of Saturday, The Katy Perry arrived just in time for the launch of her perfume Purr at the SM Mall of Asia (SM MOA Concert Grounds is also the venue of her concert).
