When in Hong Kong, I happily recommend going on a wild goose chase (pardon the pun) in any of the 1 star Michelin restaurants that serve, well....the famed roasted goose! One might argue that we have every imaginable franchise food chain in Manila but not these restos. Their locations are kinda out of the way (hence 'goose chase) but you can easily satisfy your tummy and tastebuds for less than HKD$100.Now who can argue with that?
