It's almost a year since I made my first trip to the Middle east and that life-changing eyeopening trip to IRAN. Even though I was squeamish about making the journey at first as a solo female traveller, I finished the trip with no incident and Iran is actually my favorite of all the 26 countries I've been to! It tops the scale when it comes to culture, history, scenery, friendliness of the people and affordability.
