Hubby and I found ourselves in Quezon City today to have the car repaired somewhere in Roosevelt and somehow ended up in this nondescript place on Roces Avenue. Ending up in a cozy cafe like Heavenly Chocolates reminded me that Valentine's Day is coming before we know it. Wouldn't you like to receive the 'I Miss You' or ILY chocolate?
