So you've probably read by now that Rico's Lechon of Cebu has opened at the Fort Entertainment Complex in BGC, where Gourdo's used to be. It is good news to lechon lovers that this brand is on a big expansion mode after being acquired by Meat Concepts Corp., the same company behind Thai BBQ, Tony Roma's and KPub BBQ, among others.
