Confession: I've been trying to keep fit and eat smart lately. It's the best way to make up for the food invites and restaurant tastings I get on a regular basis; I'd surely expand into balloon proportions if control and moderation are not in my vocabulary. Don't get me wrong: my diet is still NO DIET :) I just try to have lesser servings of the food I so love, not eating when am full, complemented by having brown rice (when I can) and getting regular exercise.
