Young entrepreneur Ifore Yu launched Chicken Charlie after falling in love with the taste of Bonchon in New York (now he says the local Bonchon franchise is nowhere near as delicious!) So he concocted his own recipe of what a great-tasting, twice-fried Korean fried chicken would be like, and came up with his own brand.
