If you're a student of De La Salle University and DLSU-College of St. Benilde starting in 2009, you'd probably relate to this place. Perched atop the Tapa King on Taft Avenue (Manila), Cafe Noriter is a favorite hang-out of La Sallians. And for good reason, it's simply one of the most wonderfully-designed places I've seen.
