I've always enjoyed attending events this year catered by Bizu Patisserie. Their gourmet food is something I always look forward to tasting, especially their Roast Beef prepared to perfection in 10 hours...so yummy! For the holiday season, a new offering from Bizu is the Roast Lamb Leg slow-cooked with garlic and rosemary and served with mint jelly and lamb au jus.
