I've said somewhere in this blog that am not crazy about ramen, so I didn't really line up at every new ramen resto that Manilans obsessed with . Maybe because one of my first major encounters with the Japanese noodle soup didn't end on an impressive note (sorry Ukkokei Ramen Ron fans). Secondly, am not the kind of person who goes for soups. I prefer my dishes to be dry or with sauce.
