In what is called a grand slam year for Filipino beauty queens, we were happy to learn last night that Bea Rose Santiago was crowned Miss International in Tokyo. It seemed only a few weeks ago that I met Bea Rose again at the Rexona Do More awards (the first was at the Bb. Pilipinas 2013 presentation where she wasn't a title holder yet).
