I know of some friends who own Neo notebooks. Before the other brands slashed their prices to make laptops affordable to the masses, there was Neo. I was even more surprised to learn that it's an all-Filipino brand. I was glad to be invited to a press briefing last week where Neo executives unveiled their latest offerings.
