I've been attending a lot of cooking demos lately. It's nice to learn all these previously unheard of tips from the top chefs and it strengthens my assumption that not every detail and technique are written in cookbooks. You gotta find your own style in cooking and hear it from the masters themselves.You can only do this by seeing them up close. A YUMMY dinner at Tosca, Dusit Thani Manila
I have been a fan of the local YUMMY Magazine for the longest time. I always make it a point to buy the latest issue from the nearest Ministop or 7-Eleven, and have gotten a kick from trying out some of the recipes as well. I have just one complaint from this magazine: viewing its pages never fail to make me hungry. The pictures seem to leap from the confines of colorful paper and ink, looking ready to be eaten!
