Fitness tip No. 3: Be fearless. I still have to try wall or rock-climbing. Must be the phobia of heights …eeek. But fearlessly climbing that wall means you have stronger legs and knees in the process…so there!
Fitness tip No. 4: always remember to breathe in & breathe out. Yoga is the answer. Particularly sunrise flow yoga…to start off your mental alertness and body balance early in the morning.
Beauty tip No. 1: Do something you’ve never done. I had my hair crimped for the first time in the styling booth and I liked it. The lady used a Vidal Sassoon 8-in-1 tool that does all sorts of looks to your hair. It sells for about P4000 in Watsons and I’ve put this gadget on my wish list 😉
