After opening at the Fort Entertainment Complex, Bonifacio Global City, and Top of the Glo in Glorietta, Makati City, Rico’s Lechon has opened its biggest branch at the Food Village Bulding B of Tiendesitas in Pasig.
This Rico’s Lechon showcase resto has a floor area of 733 square meters and a seating capacity of up to 300 people. The place also has seven VIP rooms which are named after a variety of districts in Cebu.
Rico’s Lechon has somewhat become an attraction because of its live Roasting Pit. The Tiendesitas branch is much bigger and can hold up to twenty full-size lechons. It has a larger Chopping Area where you can view the mouthwatering half a kilo, quarter-kilo, or one full kilo order of spicy or regular lechon, before it reaches your table. A separate counter for takeout orders is available in this branch as well.
There are also new dishes in the menu which ar only available in Rico’s Lechon Tiendesitas before being rolled out to the other restaurant locations. Examples of these are the Lechon Kare-Kare, Beef Tripe Kare-Kare, Tokwa at Lechon Baboy, Ginataang Laing, Gising Gising, Chicken Binakol, and Lechon Lumpiang Shanghai, best partnered with Sisig Fried Rice or the Chorizo Fried Rice. The dessert menu now offers Buchi with Caramel Sauce, Maja Kalabasa, and Leche Flan, too!
The other branches that Rico’s Lechon will open soon are in the north of Metro Manila namely Ayala Malls Cloverleaf and U.P. Town Center in Quezon City.
