Overnight oats have gained popularity. It’s because they look so pretty in those containers and are highly portable in real life. Just put all the needed ingredients in a mason jar and you have what you need for a healthy, nutritious meal on the go.

“A lot of people actually think that oatmeal is hard to prepare. But it’s actually not, it’s not only easy, but a really convenient
healthy breakfast option. It’s high in fiber, source of protein, vitamins and minerals that would give you the energy to start the day and keep you going,” Anne Remulla-Canda, Marketing Manager for Nutrition of Quaker Oats said.
The idea is to open the fridge and just grab what you need for breakfast, the most important meal of the day. Prepare everything that you need the need before and a filling brekkie doesn’t have to be sacrificed.
Preparing overnight oats is so easy, and you can do it in three easy steps by following this recipe:
1. Place the oats in the jar.
2. Soak oats in milk, and
3. Add your toppers which might be fruits, chocolate chips, almonds, raisins, etc.
You can have a multi-purpose baon where your oats toppings can also serve dipper for other good stuff in your lunch box, such as apples….
There’s already a Quaker Overnight Breakfast Club led by young trendsetters Joyce Pring, Wil Dasovich, Patti Grandidge and Lauren Young.
“I first made overnight oats a year ago. But I just really got into it. It’s the perfect time to get started too since so many fruits are in season,” revealed Grandidge.
