As a blogger, the quality of my monitor is as important as the software and hardware of my computer. The main reason: I don’t want my eyes to suffer. Second: I want to maximize whatever pleasure I get from internet surfing, viewing movies and playing games on my desktop.
I have the 22-inch Philips “Brilliance” LCD monitor which I love for its ergonomic design. Its built-in Power Sensor is most commendable because monitor brightness is reduced when am away from my desk, even for just a bit – greatly reducing my power cost. If only for my experience with this monitor, I’d recommend investing on a good screen instead of some cheapo in the market where you don’t get your money’s worth in the end.
I’d rely on a brand like Philips for its efficiency and eco-friendliness ( materials used are free from lead, mercury & are 100% recyclable.) Recently, they launched the Ultra-Slim Philips Blade LED monitors which is breath-taking for its high gloss finish and uber thin body.
