Am a great believer in accessories and accessorizing. No one will disagree when I say that the right pieces can transform an otherwise plain outfit from drab to fab. Most especially if the “right pieces” are elegant too and look like a million bucks without costing one an arm 🙂
This is why I was happy to discover Morellato. It’s a famous Italian watch and jewelry brand that started in Venice and is now making waves among the fashion-conscious set in Manila. I was lucky enough to be invited to their Style Series recently where they also unveiled their Spring-Summer 2015 collection.
It was an intimate all-girls event and stylesetter Jenni Epperson held a fun talk about ‘rocking the look’ with Morellato’s eyecatching jewelries of the season. Jenni’s advice to women out there is not to stick with the stereotypical. She said one can experiment and have fun with layering…. pearls with metal, for instance, or rose gold and gold.
She told the girls to watch out for earrings that frame or flatter the face. “It might also be worthwhile to invest in necklaces and earrings since with rings, you tend to forget them.”
Aside from their ultra-stylish pieces, the best thing about Morellato is their prices: this label is not as expensive as you think! They have items to suit every budget, and for Spring-Summer 2015, there’s an abundance of rose gold, natural pearls, drops and even diamonds!
Just look at how lovely these pieces are!
Morellato’s Business Development Manager Jasmin Koh notes: “We understand how it can be challenging at times to complete an OOTD when your accessory doesn’t feel like it complements your look. Morellato will always stand for harmonious proportions, sensual chic femininity and refined Italian taste.”
At the intimate event, bloggers had fun doing a styling session with models Wilma Doesnt and Mica Javier. Our group didn’t win, but it was nice to feel like we were dressing up Barbie doll with Morellato.
Morellato jewelry and watches are available in SM The Block, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, SM Clark, Ayala Cebu, Landmark, Trinoma, SM Megamall, Veranza Mall, SM MOA, SM Makati, Alabang Town Center, SM Cubao, SM Aura, and SM San Mateo.
