The Red Series is spicy, or I should say ultra-spicy so proceed with caution. I liked this if only it didn’t burn my tongue but I guess it’s okay if you’re a Bicolano and used to eating hot peppers, LOL. The resto is quite proud of using only 100% red pepper concentrate and no additives.
The Original Series with the soy-garlic glaze is nicely in the middle in the taste department. Not sweet & not fiery either. ( Sorry, but as you read above, I go for Honey!)
The Soonsal Series is composed of boneless and skinless breast and thigh meat. This one is rolled in a batter of rice crackers so the effect is crispy. It’s also served in two sauces: BBQ and mustard.
Just to give you an idea about the prices in the menu. Not too bad, right?
The Grilled Chicken Salad with a choice of honey or blueberry dressing is a must-try for those who want to add healthy eating after munching on all the chicken wings, haha. At only P160 per serving, it’s also value for money.
