Knorr Savor Rich is the latest wonder sauce to be launched in the market by Unilever Philippines. If you’re serious about cooking you should definitely check it out as this is now available in the grocery shelves.
As a mom whose mission is to never let her family go hungry, am interested in products that cut short the food prep and cooking process but at the same time is tasty enough to delight my kids. No more long waiting time to simmer, braise, boil and saute ingredients to get that full-bodied flavor. That is why am excited to try Knorr Savor Rich Pork and Chicken Liquid Seasoning. Just drizzle it and it promises to make your dish taste like magic.
At least this was how easy the masterchefs made it look when Knorr Savor Rich Liquid Seasoning was launched in a program attended by Manila’s foodie community in Greenbelt Park, Makati last Saturday.
The highlight was the menu of tasty dishes using Knorr Savor Rich, as prepared by chefs Nicco Santos of Your Local, Josh Boutwood of Savage & Helm, Happy Ongpauco of Happy Concept Group and Kalel Chan of Raintree Restaurants.
Ok, ladies first. It was at chef Happy Ongpauco’s little corner where I tasted some real good Filipino food. She and her staff served tasting portions of the yummy chicken tocino, bangus tofu salpicao (my fave!), lumpiang shanghai and garlic fried chicken.
Then, we hopped over to the neighboring station of chef Josh Boutwood who prepared Pork Skewers, Pulled Pork Sliders and Roast Chicken Barley Porridge. The latter was my favorite in this stall, it was the right kind of creamy and tasted healthy, it was like risotto actually.
Chef Kalel Chan’s offerings took us back to Japan and Mexico, some of the world’s popular cuisines. He whipped up tacos, karaage with matcha mayo and sisig gyoza. All of these were delicious!
Finally, chef Nicco Santos showcased his talent in Asian fusion cookery with such creations as coffee pork ribs, chicken rice and nasi goreng ikan bilis.
The chefs’ demo certainly gave us an idea about how to use Knorr Savor Rich to level up the taste of our kitchen masterpieces. I love that the liquid seasoning is very versatile. We can use it for marinating, basting, sauteing or simply infusing a dish with great flavor.
Knorr SavorRich Liquid Meaty Seasoning is now available in Chicken and Pork variants with the following prices: P6 for 16g, P85 for 240g and P150 for 480g. For recipes and more information, please visit www.knorr.com/ph
