Something to look forward to in the first quarter of 2013: IHOP or International House of Pancakes, the California-based family restaurant chain will open in Bonifacio Global City. It will be IHOP’s first branch in Asia and the franchise will be owned by the same corporation behind California Pizza Kitchen/ PF Chang’s China Bistro in the Philippines.
I’ve never been to IHOP in the US but its large, delicious servings of pancakes and other treats should be worth salivating. It’s also a big plus for us who love to indulge in our breakfast/brunches. Just look at the food! (pics courtesy of IHOP official website):
Breakfast combos –
Omelettes with generous toppings & fillings –
Bacon, French toast and more.
On their signature dishes:
“IHOP serves more than 14 different varieties of pancakes including Buttermilk, Chocolate Chip, Harvest Grain ‘N Nut®, New York Cheesecake and its famous fruit-topped pancakes. Other signature breakfasts include the Rooty Tooty Fresh ‘N Fruity®, International Passport Breakfast and premium omelettes such as the Big Steak Omelette and the Colorado Omelette. Lunch and dinner specialties include thick, juicy Cheeseburgers, Salads, Super Stackers, Chicken (or Country) Fried
Steak, Pot Roast and T-Bone Steaks. IHOP restaurants also offer delicious desserts including Fruit Crepes and Ice Cream Sundaes.” ( from the IHOP official website)
Now this definitely make us go NOMNOM! 🙂
