Holding an expensive, high-tech-gadget like the soon-to-be-launched Samsung Miniket was like dating a man for the first time. You never quite know what buttons to push, but once you know how….aaahhh, pleasure!
It was fun while it lasted, my love affair with the Samsung Miniket. For my full review, click here.

hello there. i would like to know how long have you been using this miniket. sorry but i cant open your review. i also bought one and as far as im concerned its a piece of crap. i think samsung launched it to soon. madami pang palpak. first are the batteries. they discharge even when not in the cam. second is the video quality very poor. third is the memory capacity. too small. the only thing that made me buy this crap is the fact that i can record my bike rides using the extension cam that i can mount on my helmet. i wish i read some reviews first before buying. i am now planning to buy the jvc everio g series. if only it has also the extension cam. un lang po:smile:

Hi Mato. Unfortunately my review is not online anymore. This is sad to hear considering that the Miniket is quite expensive..maybe it just needs a lot of tinkering? I do remember during the launch that they hired a few commercial directors to test-drive the Miniket and screened for us the resulting videos they made out of it. I presume that when you bought the cam there weren’t too many reviews about it yet? Your experience should be one lesson consumers like us can use: to read the fineprint and have an extensive demo first before buying.
