Hubby suggested that we dress up our youngest daughter as the Little Devil for her first Halloween party this year. It didn't take long for me to find the costume in SM. It was as simple as putting the red cape with hood over her and a pair of mittens which she refused to wear. The devil pitchfork completed the ensemble. Our little angel seemed to have fun playing the role for the day. November 16, 2010 has been declared a holiday by Malacanang today to celebrate the Muslim feast of Eid'l Adha. As Nov. 16 falls on a Tuesday, this doesn't qualify as a long weekend holiday, but at least the day off is still something that students, state and private sector workers will enjoy :D The holiday announcement was made possible through Proclamation No. 60 signed by President Aquino. An entrepreneur who is just new to the bazaar business would probably be at a loss on how to join the 2010 Christmas bazaars in Manila. It's quite fairly easy. Workers in the government and private sector in the Philippines brace for a long weekend next week as President Aquino proclaimed September 10 a regular holiday to observe Eid'l Fitr or the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
