On the way to the car dealership, we passed by the new St. Luke's Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City and can't help but be impressed by how imposing it was from the outside. It looked fairly empty too, as expected of a hospital which has just opened. I do expect to see it one of these days since my obstetrician-gynecologist also holds clinic here. Immune kids are happy kids!
Back when I was a single mom, having healthy, disease-free kids was on top of my prayer list.I believed that anybody sick in the family would bring me grief. Talk about the trouble of having sleepless nights, being absent from work and school, not to mention the high price of medicine these days. Thankfully, my kids have grown up to be healthy, with no hospitalization or prolonged illness on record. Blame it on luck, good genes and other things. I've been meaning to do something to my two-year old hair which was almost reaching my waist. The last treatment it got was for this hair technology called Japanese straight, a thermal reconditioning treatment similar to hair rebonding. Ventosa cupping has been on my to-do list for a long time now. As a spa enthusiast, I've always been curious how it goes. All I know is that you're supposed to end up with round little splotches on your back.
