The run up to Christmas can be one of the most toxic times ever, and the situation does not change year after year. This is one of the peak times, if you’re into business like me; not to mention the Christmas gift shopping we have to do, the crazy schedule to meet family and friends, juggling traffic. Of course, don’t forget the long lines at every sales counter.
Like most moms, preparing for Noche Buena is big deal for me and I feel the need to be in charge of the kitchen.
