Banzai has three in-house Japanese chefs. Chef Hiroshi Ishikawa, the sushi master Norimasa Masuda and Kimwori Iwabuchi whose specialty is ramen.

On weekends, there’s also a show called ‘Festival of Japan’ featuring costumed dancers. This is followed by the Teppanyaki Show where the chefs deftly juggle knives and flip ingredients to the tune of Japanese music.
